This Privacy Policy describes and explains the information collection practices of the International University of East Africa (IUEA) concerning the https://www.iuea.ac.ug website (the "Site"). IUEA places great importance on the security of all information associated with our employees, customers, and business partners. Any information that is collected by IUEA both now and in the future is and will be stored in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, other than information like our graduation list or lists and other key information necessary for both stakeholders and our students. Information is stored under the Personal Data Protection Act and follows our strict policy of protecting employees, customers, and business partners' information. Only authorised personnel have access to user information, and all are obliged to respect the confidentiality of that data.

This Site is designed for use by adult natural persons and is not in any way targeted or intended for use by natural persons under the age of eighteen years. As such, IUEA will not knowingly collect or maintain data from children. If we discover or are notified of personal data from a child on the Site, we will eliminate that data unless his or her authorised representative consents to such use.
